Chef Ferran Adrià gives Fine Dining Lovers a tour of the elBulli exhibit that's on view in Barcelona until the end of the year. To put the project together, "Adrià managed to find around 30,000 items from elBulli — documents, pictures, wage slips, old designs, videos, sketches, notes, tasting diagrams, menus — all in perfect condition."
