alinea-emp-collab-175.jpgThat mysterious collaboration between Chicago's Alinea and New York City's Eleven Madison Park has been announced: the Chicago Tribune reports that for five days each this Fall, the restaurants will switch places and serve each others' food. The dinners at each restaurant will cost $495 per person (including booze) and with a 20% service charge comes to $594 plus tax in each city. [Tribune]
