Watch the Japanese Noir Teaser For Next's Kyoto Menu

Here's a very mysterious teaser trailer for the upcoming Kyoto menu at Grant Achatz's shape-shifting Chicago restaurant Next. It features a guy in a leather jacket, tossing cards onto a table and talking about a recurring dream he's been having, while someone is a wedding dress sits across from him, silent. That's it. What does it mean? Chef Dave Beran told Eater the menu would be modeled on a Japanese kaiseki meal, but there's not much else known about it. (Andrew Zimmern did manage to get a sneak peek.)
