Florence commented on Instagram that he sampled a preview of EMP's upcoming NYC-themed revamp from chef Daniel Humm: "I had a amazing meal at 11 Madison Park tonight. Got a sneak preview of Daniel's 'I Love NY' menu. Whimsy, laser execution, deep flavor... Brilliant."
