Prohibiton Bakery in New York serves booze-soaked cupcakes, one of which is called the Scotch & Cigar, made with actual tobacco. Apparently they don't make very many of that flavor, because owner Brooke Siem actually told the New York Post "It's the Black AmEx of our cupcakes — not everyone's going to get one." [NYP]
