After being laid off from Crain's New York Business earlier this summer, longtime New York restaurant critic Gael Greene has joined the board of advisers for and will contribute to social internet thing Foodie.com. Greene on the word "foodie": "It's on everybody's list of toxic words in food writing...When I said it, it was a wonderful thing to be."
