Here's an AP story about chefs (Christopher Kostow, Lars Williams of the Nordic Food Lab, Alex Stupak of Empellon in New York, and others) flocking to Mexico to learn about the cuisine and eat bugs and explore the markets and things. Oddly, the article offhandedly notes that Enrique Olvera invited chefs to Mexico City for a conference recently, but doesn't ever mention Mesamerica by name. [AP]
