Watch a Film on Tokyo's Temple to Espresso, Bear Pond

Here's a short, pretty film by filmmaker Jake Davis about Katsuyuki Tanaka, owner and barista at Tokyo's famous Bear Pond Espresso. Bear Pond is famous for its unique way of pulling espresso, and is a must-drink shot for globe-trotting coffee fanatics. Tanaka's a touch eccentric: he doesn't allow photography (note the sign above) and won't serve espresso after 2:00PM. In the video below, he calls the drips espresso leaves on the side of the cup "evidence of angels...a present from God." Coffee nerds around the world, unite.
