Porthole Wire

Designer Martin Kastner is responsible for the iconic circular "infusion vessel" called The Porthole at Grant Achatz's Chicago bar the Aviary, and to get a jump on manufacturing costs, he set up a Kickstarter campaign to raise $28,500. As of this writing, it has now raised a whopping $381,372. There's still one slot left at the $5,000 level in which you get to "spend the day with chef Grant Achatz and Charles Joly at the Aviary" and work the bar during service, so jump on that.
