Two-time winner of Eater NY's hottest chef contest Vikas Khanna tells the New York Times he has two books coming out: One called Return to the Rivers comes out next year and is about the "cuisine between India and China." As for the other, "I am in the middle of working on encyclopedia of Indian cooking, which will be out in 2016. It chronicles 4,000 years of Indian cooking and will have 2,000 recipes. I've already been to India 11 times to do research for it." [NYT]
