Eater LA reports that Umami Burger's flagship at The Grove shopping mall will open on August 6th. Since this will now be the main Umami hub, a few new edibles grace the menu: Umami Milkshakes, Umami Chips, and an exclusive The Grove Truffle Burger (different from the original Truffle Burger) that is layered with a Parmesan fondue and truffle sauce.
