Saison's people have signed a deal for the 4,000-square-foot restaurant space in San Francisco, but owners Josh Skenes and Mark Bright haven't finalized everything about the "new project" just yet. Meanwhile, plans to move Saison are on hold, although eventual relocation to create a "a new kind of fine dining" isn't out of the picture. [ISSF via Eater SF]
