Chicago chef Rick Bayless was on Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote his upcoming cookbook, Frontera (pre-order on Amazon), and also to grill some tuna. And unlike some cooking segments (ahem), they actually got all the way through a dish and Bayless managed to throw in a few tips. For example: "Don't get fidgety with stuff." Don't put confetti in salsa (it looks pretty but "it gets stuck in your teeth"). He also punks Kimmel into trying some super spicy marinade, but don't worry: "Bacon makes everything better."
