Watch the Trailer For the Michel/Sébastien Bras Documentary Step Up to the Plate

Here is the new trailer for Step Up to the Plate, the documentary about chef Michel Bras handing over the reigns of his three-star Laguiole, France restaurant Bras to his son Sébastien. Eater posted a different trailer back in January (when the film had the original French title Entre les Bras). It's directed by Paul Lacoste, the creator and director of the television documentary series, L'Invention de la cuisine.

According to a release, Step Up to the Plate opens September 14, 2012 in New York City (Lincoln Plaza and The Quad) with a national release to follow: 9/21- Washington D.C., Boston, San Diego, Denver; 10/12- Los Angeles, Seattle, Minneapolis, and more. Warning: The trailer has some serious food porn:
