Sure, why not: Grub Street had three New York chefs — Michael White, Josh Capon, and Alex Stupak — try out three-day juice cleanses. White hits a snag on day two, a crushing zero-star review of his restaurant Nicoletta: "Cleanse, as we know it, over. I will now, immediately, be tasting a lot of pizza post-heshes/Wells/Sutton reviews. Went home, put my feet up, ignored Eater commentary and tried to stay positive with a coconut juice nightcap.
