Chicago has finally passed a food truck bill, but not all truck owners are happy about it: it bans trucks from parking within 200 feet of a restaurant. Says Slide Ride owner Nida Rodriguez, "The fines for being within 200 feet of a restaurant are higher then health violations [for] carrying marijuana. I think it criminalizes our industry."
