At the conclusion of this weekend's MAD Symposium in Copenhagen, organizer René Redzepi and the team from Noma were joined onstage by two men in lucha libre masks: David Chang and Lucky Peach editor-in-chief Chris Ying. Redzepi announced that the symposium had already set its dates for next summer (August 25th and 26th) and that Chang and the team from his quarterly publication would be guest-curating the festival's lineup.
Chang tells Eater that they'll "keep everyone informed as we unravel details." He added, "It's planned to be a Noma, Momofuku, Lucky Peach collaboration." According the the Momofuku Twitter account, the theme "will be ?#guts?." Stay tuned for a recap of the festival later today.
