Daniel Humm and Will Guidara are about to change things up in a major way at their three Michelin star NYC restaurant Eleven Madison Park. The New York Times reports that after Labor Day, the restaurant's entire repertoire of dishes will be replaced by an interactive dining experience that will pay tribute to the history and culture New York City. The $125 menu will be dropped in favor of a $195 tasting. On deck for the #10 restaurant in the world? Things like carrot tartare, domes of smoke, and magic tricks. [NYT via Eater NY]
