Watch Dave Arnold Set Jägermeister Ablaze on Fallon

Yesterday on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, culinary technology expert and Booker and Dax barkeep Dave Arnold returned to the show to demo three cocktails (see his last appearance here). There's a margarita using ice shaved from a machine Arnold discovered in Tokyo, a daiquiri made with liquid nitrogen, and a simple drink of Jägermeister prepared using a red-hot poker at 1600 degrees. The process results in lots of flames and makes the drink taste kind of "like a hot tea," says Arnold. Fallon, in fratty voice, really approves.
