Coffee aficionado Oliver Strand brings the news that the New York coffee shop chain Joe: The Art of Coffee is expanding to Philadelphia. Two locations are planned for Philly (there are currently nine in NYC). Also Joe plans to start roasting their own coffee. A book called JOE: It's All About Coffee, a "fully illustrated, hip guide to coffee," should come out this Fall. [DJ/NYT]
