The Daily Mail picks up the story Marcus Samuelsson tells in his memoir Yes, Chef about a nasty interaction that he had with Gordon Ramsay. (Eater NY posted about this June 15th.) The only new news is a statement from Ramsay's spokesman: "We’re shocked by these completely false and extremely offensive accusations... We can only think this bizarre denial and these malicious comments have been made in order to garner publicity for Mr Samuelsson's book and therefore we will pursue such actions as we deem appropriate against Mr Samuelsson and his publishers."
