Watch José Andrés 'Spice Up' Matt Lauer's Day

Here's chef José Andrés making popsicles for Matt Lauer on Today, and some have booze in them and some do not. Andrés gives Lauer an alcoholic one with a warning: "You have more show to do." The always-entertaining Andrés recommends straining your mojitos so you don't look like a cow with mint hanging out of your mouth (do cows eat mint?) and adds chili to mango paletas to "spice up [Matt Lauer's] day."
