Nowness did a ride along with Los Angeles food truck king Roy Choi, driving a Kogi truck around LA and visiting his restaurants Chego and A-Frame. Choi brings up the whole talking-to-animals thing, how his trucks are like his kids, and when he stopped saying "yes, please, and thank you, when I stopped asking permission." [Nowness]
