Good news for fans of chocolate/sail boats/fancy hand-printed candy wrappers/the Brooklyn artisanal food movement/dudes with beards: Rick and Michael Mast, AKA the Mast Brothers, are writing a cookbook about their "bean to bar" chocolate company. Called Mast Brothers Chocolate: A Family Cookbook, the book will contain "stories and recipes" and will be published by Little, Brown. No word on when it comes out but it is certain to be full of intense, ethically sourced chocolate goodness.
