Is Kentucky Fried Chicken the world's go-to spot for ridiculous novelty sandwiches? With the debut of their latest creation, the Streetwise Cheese Top Burger, it would appear so. Hailed as the "first and only cheese topped bun burger," the sandwich consists of a classic chicken patty with garlic parmesan dressing and a bun with melted cheese draped across the top. The sandwich has been released in KFC Philippines stores as a follow up to the success of the abominable Double Down.
