Following in Ferran Adrià's footsteps, here's a peak at the upcoming Family Table: Favorite Staff Meals from Our Restaurants to Your Home by Michael Romano and Karen Stabiner, which features staff meal recipes from New York restaurateur Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group restaurants (pre-order on Amazon). It's not coming out until April of 2013, but there's plenty here to get excited about anyhow: recipes from chefs Nick Anderer and Jean Paul Bourgeois of Maialino, as well as a Gramercy Tavern recipe. While it's certainly not a replacement for a straight-up restaurant cookbook (Maialino cookbook, anyone?), it does give a glimpse at the tastes that comprise Danny Meyer's empire.
