Now that Starbucks has bought San Francisco cafe chain La Boulange for $100 million in cash monies, owner/chef Pascal Rigo is getting right to work on improving Starbucks' crappy food. Rigo's been hired to revamp the 'Bucks menu, telling Eater SF that his first stop is at the pastry case, changing "the croissants and chocolate croissants. They are terrible.
