New York chef Harold Dieterle is coming out with a cookbook: Harold Dieterle's Kitchen Notebook, co-written with Andrew Friedman, will be published by Grand Central Publishing in the Fall of 2014. The book centers around 100 ingredients from Dieterle's kitchens at Kin Shop and Perilla, each accompanied by tips for its use and a showcase recipe. [Toqueland]
