Andrés talked Twitter and how "everyone is media." Danny Meyer on technology:
High tech ain’t never going to trump high-touch... The minute we stop looking people in the eye and shaking their hands and smiling and making them happy when they came to our restaurants, and really embodying our restaurants by being ourselves, not through a device, the game's over, and it's not worth it.
