Chef Leaving Paris' Au Passage

james-henry-au-passage-eater.jpgJames Henry, the Parisian chef who cooked at Spring before striking out on his own with Au Passage, is leaving that restaurant on June 16th. According to the blog Paris By Mouth, Henry's going back to his native Australia to surf, travel, and learn about coffee. But have no fear: "Rumor has it that Henry will return to Paris as co-owner of a new venture backed by the same boys behind Au Passage." The restaurant will remain open without him. [Paris By Mouth]
