Chef Bryan Voltaggio's new Maryland restaurant Family Meal is set to open at the end of the month, and Eater DC has all the details on his attempt at "reinventing the American diner in a fun way." Housed in a former car dealership, Family Meal features a seasonal canning program, beer served in koozies, and the largest countertop they could fit in the space.
