Chicago chef Mindy Segal is having quite a week: She won a JBFA for Outstanding Pastry Chef and today she announced that she's changing the name and concept of Mindy's HotChocolate to Mindy's Hot Chocolate Craft Food & Drink. Wonder if Tom Colicchio, who has a propensity to send cease and desist letters to restaurants that use the word "Craft" in their name, disapproves? [Eater Chicago]
