Here's the cover for Baked Elements, the upcoming book from Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito of Brooklyn's Baked bakery. Promising to cover their "ten favorite ingredients," the book has sections on things like chocolate, bananas, malt, and booze in which the ingredient is explored through a variety of recipes. The book comes out October 1 from Stewart, Tabori & Chang (preorder on Amazon) and is presumably the first in a series of books they signed to write in December.
