Photos: Karl Mondon / Contra Costa Times, Round

A lady who was injured while eating pizza has been awarded a $2.5 million lawsuit settlement. Foster Poultry Farms and a location of San Francisco's Round Table pizzeria will pay Calla Felicity the money to cover hospital fees, pain and suffering after she ate a barbecue chicken pizza that had a chicken bone on it in February of 2010.

The woman nearly died after the bone became lodged in her throat and has to date required 11 surgeries to repair her pierced esophagus. If that doesn't gross you out enough, by all means watch the local news report below in which Felicity describes her injury in great detail.
