Heavy metal singer Chris Fronzak of the band Attila was one of over 250 people who got sick from a recent salmonella outbreak in sushi. Fronzak ended up not being able to cancel his tour and performed sick, and tweeted: "Before I knew I had salmonella, I honestly thought I had stomach ulcers or liver failure from alcohol."
