Compartir, the new restaurant from three former elBulli chefs de cuisine (Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch, and Mateu Casañas) opened a few weeks ago and is taking reservations; the blog Embelezzia has some photos of the space and food.
As previously reported, the restaurant occupies an old house in the picturesque town of Cadaqués, which is less than an hour away from the site of elBulli. The menu shows an emphasis on simple, traditional food — items like cod buñuelos with honey, pan con tomate, different kinds of rice, and gazpacho. Some items will, however, have some playful touches, like a dessert of "liquid chocolate bonbons." The average price per person is between 30 and 60 Euros; the restaurant does not offer tasting menus.
