Watch a Saturday Night Projects Session at Noma

Here's a short film from Design Indaba about the famous Saturday Night Projects at Noma in Copenhagen. It seems chef Rene Redzepi had trouble getting employees when Noma first opened: "The seal fuckers, we were called. Who wants to join a restaurant like that?" Well, get named best restaurant in the world a few times and lots of people will. Now Noma has Saturday Night Projects, which allows their large and ever-changing international staff to get creative and share their ideas with the rest of the restaurant.
