Felidia, the New York restaurant owned by Lidia Bastianich, is being sued by current and former employees over a tipping dispute. In order to prevent future lawsuits of a similar type, Bastianich offered employees money to not sue her in the future. The price offered to one employee, according to a letter acquired by Eater NY, is $1952.85. Naturally, restaurant lawsuit-happy prosecuting attorney Maimon Kirschenbaum isn't happy about it.
