Are Lefebvre, Shook & Dotolo Opening an LA Restaurant?

Are three of the biggest chefs in Los Angeles going into business together? Eater LA hears that Ludo Lefebvre of the LudoBites pop-ups and Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo of Animal and Son of a Gun are opening a restaurant. While none of the parties involved confirmed, none denied either — PR for Shook/Dotolo told Eater LA "Nothing is nailed down" while the enigmatic Lefebvre merely texted a smiley face in response.
