At the request of her lawyers, Paula Deen's Big Fat Southern Lawsuit concerning her brother and their restaurant Uncle Bubba's has been moved to federal court in Savannah. Deen's brother Bubba Hiers is accused of "violent behavior that included sexual harassment as well as racial harassment, assault, battery and other humiliating conduct" by a former employee.
