Here's New York restaurateur Danny Meyer on CBS This Morning talking about how prioritizing service led to his massive success. But wait: does he really think service is more important than food, what with kids these days tweeting and Instagramming and Facebooking photos of food all over the internet? Says Meyer, "The one thing you cannot take a picture of is how i made you feel, and that's the reason you'll come back." Fair enough. He even argues the hour-long waits at his burger chain Shake Shack are about providing "an experience" and then "at the end of the rainbow you get a Shack burger."
