The previously-announced Feast Portland, the city's first major international food and beverage festival, revealed the lineup today. Outside of tons of local chefs, national talent includes Inaki Aizpitarte, April Bloomfield, Sean Brock, Chris Cosentino, Aaron Franklin, Duff Goldman, Gabrielle Hamilton, Eddie Huang, Paul Kahan, Nancy Silverton, Jon Shook, and Vinny Dotolo. The three day event takes place at the end of September; proceeds will go to Oregon-based food non-profits. Tickets are now available online. [Feast Portland]
