Watch the Trailer For the Daniel Foraging Cookbook

Here's the trailer for Foraged Flavor by Tama Matsuoka Wong and Eddy Leroux, who are the forager and Chef de Cuisine, respectively, for Daniel in New York City. So how does one get to be a forager for a three Michelin star restaurant? Bring in your own ingredients when you go out to dinner. Then, as Wong explains: "Leroux asked me what else I had in my meadow...He said, 'Bring me everything.'"

Leroux admits, "Everything that she brought, I had no clue what it was." He seems to have figured it out by now: Foraged Flavor is out from Clarkson Potter June 12 (buy on Amazon). Here's the trailer for the foraging guide and cookbook:
