Here's the trailer for Foraged Flavor by Tama Matsuoka Wong and Eddy Leroux, who are the forager and Chef de Cuisine, respectively, for Daniel in New York City. So how does one get to be a forager for a three Michelin star restaurant? Bring in your own ingredients when you go out to dinner. Then, as Wong explains: "Leroux asked me what else I had in my meadow...He said, 'Bring me everything.'"
