Lest you all forget, post "tuna scrape" scrape, eating cheap sushi is not without its risks. The Atlantic's Marion Nestle takes a look at seriously questionable fish labels from overseas suppliers, one of which actually says that the fish needs to be kept frozen and then cooked before eating. So: not a great pick for sushi, y'all. And if a label looks weird, "it might not be following other rules either--safety, for example." [The Atlantic]
