Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen Casting Talent, Donkeys

New, 3 comments

Busy celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has a whole bunch of shows taking over your television this summer and now is your opportunity to apply for one of them. Hell's Kitchen is officially casting chefs for the next season. And, don't worry, you don't have to be all that good to get on the show. As Ramsay explained to Jimmy Fallon earlier this week, the cast members of his shows are made up of "part talent, part donkeys."

Of course, the official word from the casting agency on what they're looking for is "culinary candidates, 21 and over, who are outspoken, competitive and can stand the HEAT in one of the MOST EXCLUSIVE and TOUGHEST kitchens in the world. Applicants must be passionate, skilled at their craft and aim to become the next winner of HELL?S KITCHEN." They use a lot of all-caps there, so they must be serious.

Anyway, if you're interested, they're casting in LA, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, San Antonio, New Orleans and Atlanta. Applications are available online, as are video submission guidelines. Time to start practicing your a-tall-man-is-shouting-in-my-face expressions of horror.
