Watch the 'Critic Hunter' Skewer Michelin to Zagat

New, 2 comments

Here's a Crocodile Hunter-style guide to the various kinds of critics one might find in "the complicated ecosystem of a restaurant." Though it's basically one big ad for Chefs Feed, the video makes fun of all the different types of critics: the Michelin inspector whose day job is making tires, cheapskate Grouponers, Urbanspooners with the shakes and a "small pack of feisty Yelpers" — with a fake Yelper in the mix, naturally. Then there's the "anonymous" Zagat reviewer, a woman sitting alone with a very conspicuous notebook on her table in which she writes things like, "This place is better seen than tasted."
