Everyone wants to be in London these days: René Redzepi recently announced he will open a pop-up there for the Olympics, and Ferran Adrià yesterday announced that he plans to open a cocktail and snack bar in London within the next year.

Few details are available at the moment, but Adrià told Fine Dining Lovers that it will be fashioned after 41 Degrees, the cocktail bar he and his brother opened last year in Barcelona. "This was a decision we took recently and now we are looking for partners to move to London," said the chef.

Adrià also recently announced plans to open a Mexican restaurant in Barcelona with his brother. The chef is in London for the San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Awards, which will be announced later today. His presence could indicate that Tickets, his restaurant in Barcelona, will make the list this year.
