British critic AA Gill profiles London for the New York Times, in anticipation of the Olympics: "I suppose I ought to recommend places to eat, as London has such a Babel of palates and lexicon of digestions....But given that you didn’t come all this way just to eat Chinese or Moroccan, you can also get good English. It will be meaty and Victorian, long on pork and the extremities of cows, pigs and offal...And you really should eat Indian here." [NYT]
