Disney's about to get a little bit perkier: Six California and Florida-based properties owned by Disney will soon boast Starbucks locations. They aren't going to look like Starbucks, though: the first location, at Anaheim, California's Disneyland California Adventure will be called the Fiddler, Fifer and Practical Cafe and will look, according to the AP, like part of "an idealized version of a Los Angeles neighborhood where the animator Walt Disney lived during the 1920s and 1930s." Meaning "Spanish tiles, stained glass and dark wood paneling." Starbucks branding will be minimal, and only on the inside of the coffee shop.
No word on when the other five will open, but "passersby might have to look twice to notice that [they're] Starbucks." The shops will basically serve the normal Starbucks menu, but it seems they will not be able to resist serving Mickey Mouse-shaped cookies as well.
