Hey misanthropes, here's one more step on the road to never having to talk to an unknown human ever again: the Ziosk. Now Chili's is getting in on the technology-in-restaurants action with their new tabletop touchscreens introduced in Minnesota four months ago. Beyond games for kids, customers can use these Ziosks to order and pay via credit card — although, according to Chili's area director Aaron Keske, this will totally not replace the role of the server or anything. And there's more to come: "I think it’s just the beginning, we’re just scratching the surface on what we can do, and we’re excited for what we can do in the future with it."
